"D&D replaced all of our old vinyl siding with CertainTeed fibre cement, and the craftsmanship is absolutely exceptional. The team stripped everything down to bare sheathing, installed the weather barrier correctly, and the finished profile is flawless. Finished a full day ahead of schedule and cleaned the site spotlessly."

"As a property manager overseeing 14 townhouse units in Cambridge, I needed a roofing contractor I could actually rely on. They're now our exclusive roofing contractor for the entire portfolio."

Concrete & interlock
"D&D installed a full interlock driveway and front walkway for our Cambridge home, about 650 square feet total. The base preparation was thorough and properly compacted. A year later there's been zero settling or shifting, even through this past winter. Outstanding craftsmanship and fair pricing."
Brenda C.
"We did a complete exterior overhaul: new siding, roof, front door, and a garage side door. D&D managed the sequencing perfectly so nothing was left exposed between stages. The project ran three weeks and was on schedule throughout. My home's appraisal value increased by significantly more than the renovation cost."

"We chose Gentek vinyl siding for our 1960s bungalow in Waterloo. D&D's team was meticulous — the J-channels, inside corners, and window trim are all perfectly aligned. You can tell these guys actually understand how siding works as a system, not just how to nail boards to a wall. Outstanding result."
Tara L.
Roofing
"I had D&D out for a roof replacement after noticing some shingles lifting. They identified that the previous contractor had used incorrect ventilation — D&D corrected the ventilation and installed BP Dimensions II shingles. The work was done in two days. I wish I'd found them for the original installation."
Greg R.

Roofing
"We'd been putting off our roof replacement for two seasons. D&D came out for a thorough assessment, identified some ventilation deficiencies the previous roofer had left, corrected everything, and installed IKO Cambridge AR shingles with a full ice-and-water shield upgrade. The project was completed in one day. Clean, efficient, and the 25-Year workmanship warranty gives us real peace of mind."
Janet V.
Decks & fencing
"We wanted a wraparound deck with composite decking and integrated planters. D&D did a 3D design mockup before any work started so we could visualize and adjust the layout. The final build exceeded the design — perfect framing, Trex Transcend decking in Havana Gold, and cable rail that gives us unobstructed sightlines to the backyard. We're spending twice as much time outside now. Worth every dollar."

The project ran three weeks and was on schedule throughout. What impressed me most was the site cleanliness — every evening the yard was tidied, materials were stacked, and nothing was left as a trip hazard. My home's appraisal value increased by significantly more than the renovation cost."

"We needed a fence to enclose our backyard for our dogs, and wanted it to look good from the street. D&D installed a premium vinyl privacy fence with a custom double gate for backyard access. They checked all lot dimensions, respected the required setbacks, and the gate hardware is industrial quality — not the cheap latches I've seen on DIY installations. Clean, fast, and built to last."
