By using this website or engaging D&D Exterior Finishing for services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided subject to a written service agreement signed by both parties. All work is performed in accordance with Ontario Building Code and applicable regulations.
Service Estimates
All estimates are provided in writing. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during the estimate visit.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. D&D Exterior Finishing is a D&D Property Management sister company operating in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of D&D Property Services Group or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, D&D Property Services Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to any claim.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Ontario. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal proceedings.
